I hear a lot of excuses about why people can't start or maintain a fitness routine. I don't have access to a gym. I don't have enough time. I’m just a lazy person. I wouldn't know where to start. And I get it. Those are all very real concerns. Sometimes, I too get lazy. Other times I feel unmotivated but once you set a goal and decide to stick to it, everything else will fall into place easily. And trust me; you’ll feel great after!   I designed this 30-day 6minute 6packs ab challenge for people like you who want to tone their abs or add a fitness routine to their fitness life but don’t know how.   Each workout is only 6 minutes, but while the time commitment is minimal, the results you'll see are tremendous.
